ABOUT JAIMY BLANCO

Jaimy Blanco is a lifelong Texan, businesswoman, and woman of faith who believes in the promise of America that anyone, regardless of background, can build a better life through hard work, discipline, and belief in God. She is running to be the next Congresswoman for the Texas 9th Congressional District. Her story reflects those timeless American values: faith, family, and freedom.

Her mother of jewish heritage came to the United States legally from Nuevo León, Mexico, in search of a better life. She became a proud American citizen and raised four children on her own while working as a barber. Her father, born in Weslaco, Texas, worked long hours as a machinist and member of the United Steel Workers union. From her parents, Jaimy learned that liberty is sustained by personal responsibility and that real opportunity comes from effort, not entitlement.

Growing up in a working-class family, Jaimy saw the challenges faced by ordinary Texans — the struggle to pay bills, raise children, and hold on to faith when times get tough. Those experiences shaped her belief that government exists to serve the people, not the other way around.

Educated in Texas, Jaimy studied bilingual education at the University of Houston and earned her bachelor’s degree in theology and biblical studies from Life Purpose Institute. She served as a Bible quiz coach, leading her team to national honors at the North American Bible Quiz Tournament. Those early years of mentorship taught her discipline, leadership, and the importance of moral conviction in everything she does.

Building the American Dream

While still in college, Jaimy earned her real estate license and began working as a leasing agent at the apartment complex where she lived. She quickly discovered a passion for real estate and entrepreneurship, and within a few years began investing in properties of her own. What started as a single property turned into a thriving business portfolio.

Today, Jaimy is the founder and owner of Visions Property Management and Investments, a Texas-based firm that rehabilitates and manages multi-family housing communities across the Houston area. Her company focused on revitalizing neglected properties while keeping housing affordable for working families proving that business success and community improvement can go hand in hand.

By her early thirties, her hard work paid off. She achieved financial independence and shifted her focus toward giving back. She began teaching community classes on English, credit repair, real estate investment, and financial management to help local families achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Jaimy has ventured into Deep Tech, because she understands the future and vision that needs to be created for this generation. By providing tools needed for this generation to be successful for the Golden Era. She is part of the forerunners of the Quantum Computer industry, advocating for organizations that prepare students for careers in emerging industries in AI, space, energy, manufacturing, and quantum technologies that will define America's future, and can flourish right here in Texas. 

She focused on finding the solution for the energy crisis by the exploration in Geo Thermo and Micro Nuclear energy. Jaimy understands that American exceptionalism is driven by a free market of ideas in innovation and education. Meanwhile, decades of failed educational policies are leaving our youngest generations uninspired, unprepared, and left behind. Jaimy will fight to transform the ways we can bring deeptech education directly to our children, and prepare them to be the innovators of tomorrow. 

Service Beyond Business

Jaimy has always believed that leadership begins with service. She has volunteered with The Bridge Crisis Center, helping women escape domestic violence and human trafficking. She has also traveled to over 40 countries to speak at leadership forums and prayer gatherings, advocating for freedom, human dignity, and America’s role as a moral force in the world. Jaimy served at the RNC convention as a volunteer in 2016 and a delegate/alternate 2020 and 2024.

Whether serving in her community, mentoring young adults, or supporting victims of abuse, Jaimy approaches every challenge with compassion, strength, and faith.

Standing for Texas Values

Jaimy believes that America’s greatness comes from its people not its politicians. She stands proudly with the America First movement because she believes in a secure border, strong families, a free market economy, and an America that honors God and the Constitution. She will fight to keep the 10 commandments in all schools. She will fight to keep American a Judeo- Christian country and will never allow another doctrine to be implemented.

She is unapologetically pro-life, pro-faith, pro-freedom and pro-Israel. She believes that government must stay small, spending must be restrained, and that our country must once again reward work, not dependency.
